Arrived much quicker than I expected. Haven’t had the chance to smell it yet. Had to wrap it in the box it came in because the person it’s for was there when it arrived, but I’m sure it’s great!

Great smelling candle, even better customer service

I’ve bought from Candlefy before and remember how amazing their candles smell, so that’s a no-brainer. The Yosemite candle gives off a slightly earthy smell that isn’t too strong.
My package was marked as delivered but was nowhere to be found. I gave it a couple days and continued searching but to no avail. I contacted Candlefy and they were so responsive. They not only re-sent me my original order, but also another little gift to go along with it. I am very pleased with my experience despite the whole package mishap (which was unrelated to Candlefy)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
