Bend, Oregon Scented Candle

The service is awesome, I emailed and explained that I didn’t get the candle I purchased and they immediately sent me replacements plus a different one I would never thought to have tried for free. The ONLY thing I would note as an issue is that when I searched the “Bend” candle on their website, the picture of the candle that came up had a scent of juniper, pine, and wild berries. I got a small one of these from a local store and LOVED the scent. So I ordered two large of the same scent (“Bend”). When they arrived, they were slightly different looking and the scent is now juniper, sugar pine, and cedar. While this scent is pretty good it isn’t the one I ordered. I emailed them and like I said above, they responded super fast and sent be new ones at no charge, and were nice enough to even let me keep the incorrect ones. When I received the package for the replacement candles, they are the same scent of sugar pine, juniper, and cedar. So they may not have the old version of the “Bend” scent anymore but their website still shows it as that, which was pretty disappointing. And don’t get me started on how cedar makes no sense to represent the “scent” of the Bend area either 😂. Anyway, the service is amazing, the candles have really good scents that are strong and last a long time, the burn is quite clean. Would highly recommend, overall, but a note would be to update that “Bend” scent so it reflects what the product really is.
